Application Venue

Social Service Centre in the neighbourhood where the residence of the applicant is located.

Target Group

• Nursery: Children from families assessed as vulnerable or at risk or in need of care, especially those from single-parent family, from family with disability or chronic diseases. At the same time, the monthly total income of the child’s family should not be over the limit amount : $19,975 for family with 2 members, $27,550 for 3 members, $33,475 for 4 members, $37,800 for 5 members, $42,125 for 6 members, $46,450 for 7 members, $50,675 for 8 members or above.

Remarks: The above amounts are in patacas.

Application Procedures and Documents Required

The applicant is required to make an application at Social Service Centre in his/her neighbourhood and submits:

• Application form of nursery referral service;

• Photocopy of Macao Resident Identity Card of the applicant and his/her family members;

• Photocopy of document as a proof of relationship between the applicant and the child (e.g. birth certificate, notarial certificate, etc.);

• Salary declaration of family members and monthly income declaration, for those who are the beneficiaries of SWB general subsidy, they only need to submit the photocopy of identification card of beneficiaries of SWB general subsidy (also show out the original copy for proof), also no need to submit the salary declaration;

• Water or electricity bill of presence living places and other expenses;

• Other relevant documents of the application.

Remarks

The referral service is free, the service charges incurred are based on the charges set by the institutions.
